Gluten & Sugar Free Coffee Cake, Single Serve





Sugar Free Coffee Cake
Single Serve






For the cake:
2 tbsp erthiytol and stevia to taste
1 egg
1/8 tsp baking powder
A few drops of vanilla or more...
2tbsp almond milk or heavy cream
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour


For the crumb topping:
2tbsp butter softened
Sweetener
A few dashed of cinnamon


How to Put It Together:


Mix the batter together well, make sure to get most of the lumps out.
To make the crumb topping,
 mix the sweetener, butter and cinnamon together and place on top.
Bake at 350 for 27 minutes
